PISTON FILLER

FANSER PF automatic piston fillers are designed for fast and accurate filling of liquids to the desired capacity, viscosity and volume. The filling valves can be fixed or mounted so that they can follow the container to obtain higher capacity.

The fillers are designed to meet the capacity, viscosity and volume required. Some of the advantages are:

• Specially designed filling heads with stop system to prevent dripping and spillage.
• Uniform liquid distribution over the entire product

The piston filler consists of a stainless-steel hopper with a removable lid and a sensor for product level detection in the container. The hopper can be equipped with a rotary agitator to mix the product as desired.

The special design of the piston fillers guarantees easy and safe cleaning and meets the specific cleaning requirements of the food industry. The wetted parts of themachine can be dismantled without the use of tools for thorough cleaning and sterilisation.
