MODEL F is built in stainless steel. This machine has a main structure, which is the same for all models, made up of 75% of its components, designed to adapt to the different needs of each of our customers without altering its dimensions. This means that it can be adapted to different sizes without altering its structure. We can build it with 1-3-4-6-8 seaming heads in different sizes ranging in diameter (52.5-153 mm) and height (27-300 mm). This machine is easy to use, so any operator with the necessary instructions can make it work correctly.
It has a simple modular design which makes disassembling easy in the event of a breakdown, thus enabling any type of problem to be solved as quickly as possible.
In terms of theoretical performance, this is a machine that can close from 50-600 cans/min depending on the dimensions of the container.
Automatic and self-regulating speed variation system. This system allows us to adapt to production fluctuations by increasing or decreasing the speed depending on the production line, thus avoiding the accumulation of containers at the entrance of the machine and favouring a continuous and regular production.
PRODUCTION RATE
F6R-> 100-350 CONTAINERS/MIN
Financial outlay: With only one machine you can cover the production needs of your customer without having to invest in 2 machines.
Larger working space: By only having one machine, and thus saving space, you have the possibility of installing additional machinery, making it possible to obtain a more complete working line.
The machines we manufacture have 4-6-8 seaming heads.
F4(2-2): EXAMPLE: 2 IN Ø73 FORMAT AND 2 IN Ø99 FORMAT
F6 (3-3): EXAMPLE: 3 IN Ø99 FORMAT AND 3 IN Ø153 FORMAT
F8 (4-4): EXAMPLE: 4 IN Ø65 FORMAT AND 4 IN Ø73 FORMAT
– It allows to increase speed and therefore higher production.
– It allows the use of smooth lids, achieving less friction and avoiding scratches on the lid that eliminate the varnish.
– It allows to calibrate the pressure spring at the base of the plunger, reducing the resistance and thus contributing to a better-quality seal.
