This innovative packaging, with a differentiated design, is perfect to highlight those special products on the store shelves. When opened effortlessly, there is no risk of splashing or breaking the part used for opening. In addition, pulling the tab of the lid breaks the vacuum and the distinctive sound that occurs indicates the good condition of the food.
By removing oxygen completely, we avoid changes in the taste and colour of food and prevent vitamins and trace elements from being destroyed. In this way, we not only manage to extend the shelf life of the food, but we preserve it more in a more natural andauthentic manner.
We completely extract the air from inside the container, thus creating an atmosphere of high vacuum; with no air at all.
The vacuum causes the temperature to rise rapidly without damaging the food, allowing us to shorten the usual pasteurisation and sterilisation times of conventional packaging.
The extreme reduction in the volume of protective liquids such as oils, brines, etc. makes OPENVAC-packaged foods maintain their properties by not diluting much of their vitamins.
We place an easy-opening strip that, on the one hand, guarantees the perfect seal and, on the other hand, allows you to open the can with ease and cleanliness.
And above all, we save energy.
