We are a family business dedicated to the manufacture, repair and marketing of machinery for food use. Founded in 1989 by professionals from the canning industry, we have over 55 years of experience in the field.

We are committed to the development of new products. To achieve this, we combine experience and creativity. We do so by innovating and optimising processes in order to offer technologically advanced products; all of high quality and economically competitive.

OUR GOAL

We provide solutions to companies in the food sector whose final product is canned when it goes to market. One of our strengths is to work closely with clients to fully customise the solutions offered.

WHAT WE OFFER

At FANSER we started our business by exclusively offering repair and maintenance of used and new machinery services. Subsequently, we began to develop and build New Stainless-SteelSealers and Dispensers due to high customer demand. Their technical characteristics are developed in such a way that they are simple and easy to use by maintenance technicians.

 

Having the versatility of being a family business, we continually strive to adapt and develop new technologies to satisfy the expectations of our customers,our premise always being to comply with the standards of quality and service. All this has allowed us to gain the trustand confidence of the domestic market.

ORGANISATION

At Fanser, the different departments areorganised as follows:


MANAGEMENT:

Integrates a high degree of active participation in decision-making at business level and in production processes.


ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT:

Reports to management and carries out clerical and administrativeduties (invoicing, accounting, etc.).

 

TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT:

Reports to management and identifiesthe needs of the customer. Then, together with the production department, these professionals design, plan and document the solutions which are to be developed. This departmentmakes use of up-to-date computer calculation and design tools.

 

PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT:

Reports to management and is made up out of three areas:

  • Manufacturing: New Machinery
  • Repair: This includes adapting used machinery as well as tuning and troubleshooting at our facilities.
  • Maintenance: Including machinery assembly and repair work at the customer’s facilities.
